Blessed Life Foundation
Blessed Life Foundation, a registered Charitable foundation established in 2017, as the outreach arm of the Bless Retirement Living, Chembarakky, Alwaye, Kerala. It possesses the 12A registration and has initiated the process of availing 80G registration as well. The objective of the organization is the well being of humanity in the neighbourhood especially the geriatric community who are vulnerable to poverty, sickness, abuse, alienation etc. Another area of focus is the women and children. A number of projects have been done in the areas of education, child protection and women empowerment. Our outreach programs are designed to empower women, children and elderly in the fringes of society. We also work closely with our neighbouring Panchayats to strengthen their poverty alleviation efforts.

Mr. Babu Joseph
Mr. Babu Joseph, is a results driven and resourceful professional with a proven ability in his primary area of interest media. His forte in the world of media has been witnessed through Mathrubhumi, Kerala Kaumudi, NDTV, Doordarshan and Jeevan TV.( Founder Editor).
Experienced in the corporate management sector, as the Senior consultant for the Choice group, Amrita University, Kannan Devan Hills Plantations, Kerala State Aids Control Society (KSACS). With over 40 years of combined experience in the field of media, corporate management and communication and NGO sector, he possess excellent skills to establish and sustain relationships with the stake holders to grow in all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive establishment.
He has got distinctive presence in NGO sector as well. He was the State President of the Partner's Form, an association of PSH 'Suraksha' Projects under the State Aids Control Society, and is the President of CAPS Sureksha Project, Kochi.
Currently he serves as the Chairman of Bless Retirement Living which being his brain child, developed with a financially viable business model by giving paramount importance to the well being of the elderly community. He is also the Director of SH School of Communication, SH College, Thevara.

Mr. Gijo Antony, the Torch-Bearer to the enlightening venture, Bless Retirement Living, has a successful track record in the real estate industry and has quite an impressive portfolio of residential development projects to his credit. As the Managing Partner of Vidya Real Estate, Mr. Antony was able to infuse a new vibrancy to the industry with his astute vision and project management skills. He is also the Executive Director to Finance of Real Time Automation (Pvt.) Ltd., a total IT solutions provider firm in Kochi.

Mrs. Lija Gijo
Mrs. Lija Gijo is the constant spring of zeal, towards the liveliness and functioning of Bless Retirement Living. A social being and public spirited, Mrs. Gijo is actively involved in the social causes and engages her leadership qualities to guide the youth across a spectrum of activities for noble causes. Having done extensive research in the field of geriatric care, she remains constantly updated about the newest trends in the domain.

AWARENESS CLASS
Since most of the residents of Bless Retirement Living are retired professionals, their experiences and expertise in various walks of life would be a strong pillar of support for the local community. Very frequently, our staff members and residents conduct awareness classes within the neighbouring communities and government schools in areas of skill development, career guidance, healthbody, mind and soul. The classes are designed in accordance with and in support of the Panchayat and school authorities.

HELPING HAND
The greatest gift to our neighbouring communities would be when we contribute to making lives better at our vicinity; As part of our '5 year plan', to support the people at the fringes of the society, we contribute towards the developmental projects of Vazhakulam Panchayat.

SUMMER CAMPS
The focus of summer camps is to enrich the exposure of the school children and equip them to face the challenges in life to become successful individuals in their life. Setting goals and encouraging children to dream bigger through various entertaining activities and motivational sessions. We employ illustrative and fun filled methods to introduce life skills that go hand in hand with development, which in turn helps children to succeed in life.

EXTENSION ACTIVITIES
Through various extension activities, the organisation have been able to introduce sustainable programmes to the community. Identified children with academic brilliance are provided with study materials and tuition fee, families who face dire poverty with daily provisions, disability centres with donations and the community with materials that brings forth development.
